Boulder Care is a fully virtual program offering harm reduction-focused treatment for substance use, including medication support for opioid and alcohol use disorders. Available to youth ages 14–17 in WA and adults 18+ with or without insurance, care is delivered through a phone or compatible device. The team includes medical providers, case managers, and peer supporters, making it ideal for those needing private, flexible support—especially if facing barriers like transportation or housing.
